Gonzales Preschool is thrilled to have Eden Oliver as our new music educator for our 4’s class. Eden is a BC certified teacher with nine years of teaching experience in public and independent school settings. She has a Bachelor of Music Education on flute from the University of Victoria and has taught private lessons, pre-primary music, recorder, choir, band, jazz band, and workshops to learners of all ages.
Eden’s main musical project, West My Friend is a cascadian-third-wave-indie-prog-folk-chamber-roots group with accordion, mandolin, guitar, and three part vocals. Formed in 2009, West My Friend is a staple of the West Coast’s quirky indie-folk scene.
